1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Drake Plumbing reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services

Drake Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services including but not limited to heating and cooling, water heater installation and repair, smart home plumbing, water line repair, remodeling, and repiping. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of the assessment and are subject to change upon further inspection.

A written estimate will be provided prior to beginning any work. Work will not commence without customer approval.

Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the course of the job that were not visible or apparent during the initial assessment.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written agreement has been made.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available — ask us for details.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount will be outlined in the written estimate.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Drake Plumbing reserves the right to pursue collection on unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment.

Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Drake Plumbing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency calls, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

6. Workmanship Guarantee

Drake Plumbing stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship guarantee on labor performed. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of service completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

Issues resulting from work performed by other contractors

Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing conditions not related to our work

Damage caused by third parties or Acts of God

7. Parts and Materials Warranty

All parts and materials installed by Drake Plumbing are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist customers in processing warranty claims where applicable, but Drake Plumbing is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond what is covered by the product warranty.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about the plumbing issue and your property

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area

Secure or remove pets and valuables from the work area prior to our arrival

Notify Drake Plumbing of any known hazards on the property, including but not limited to asbestos, lead paint, or mold

Ensure that any required permits are obtained where applicable, unless Drake Plumbing has agreed in writing to obtain them on your behalf

9. Limitation of Liability

Drake Plumbing’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to property damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall Drake Plumbing’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

10. Property Access and Safety

By scheduling a service, you grant Drake Plumbing and its technicians permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested work. Our technicians will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, including the use of drop cloths and shoe covers where appropriate.

11. Permits and Code Compliance

For work that requires a permit, Drake Plumbing will advise you accordingly. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits and approvals. All work performed by Drake Plumbing is done in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal plumbing codes.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state in which services were performed. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. Drake Plumbing makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site. We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without notice.

Unauthorized use of our website, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, is strictly prohibited.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Drake Plumbing website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Drake Plumbing and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
